Display racks are an important part of brand boutiques and offline stores, not only to enhance brand image, but also to increase sales and attract more business cooperation and franchises. Inquiry (if the customer can be prepared in advance):

1. The customer has his own display rack design and drawing, or interested model, can provide us with information including size, material, structure and quantity.

(more options, like floor or countertop, single /double /three /four sided design, heavy / light duty, lighting, wheels, shelves, hooks, baskets etc)

2. If the customer is not clear about the requirements of the display stand model, can provide us what product to be display, product size, quantity and other requirements, we will recommend suitable models for reference and selection.

3. After we discuss with the design department, and the feasibility of production, then provide professional advice and quotes for different quantities(if the customer does not understand the structure of the display rack, we will provide a simple structure drawings for customer reference to confirm).

Sample:

1. When the customer confirm the unit price, place the sample order and receives the sample fee, we provide the sample drawings to the customer within 2-3 working days to confirm all the information, then arrange the production.

2. During the process of sample production, we will update the status of sample to the customer every 3-5 working days, and keep communication with the customer. When finish the semi-sample, assemble the sample first and feedback to the customer for confirmation, confirm the packaging information (including the graphics or accessories collection). 

After complete the painting/powder coated of the sample, we will assemble the sample again with all the accessories, and send videos and pictures to customer for confirmation. (If the customer need to modify or other requirements, we will cooperate as much as possible to make small changes)

3. Complete the sample packaging and send it out, when the customer to receive the sample, we will inform and track the feedback at once, mark the suggestions and advice of customer, improve all problems in the bulk order.

Order Production - Shipment - After-sales

1. Start mass production after bulk order confirmed and arrangement of deposit (if the customer have any modification, we will make one pre-production sample and take videos/photos to customer for confirmation before production), and update the status of production every 5-7 working days. Also we will confirm the carton printing, installation instructions and logo graphics etc.

2. If our QC found that quality problems in production and reworked that resulting in delays the lead time, we promptly inform to customer negotiate the delivery time, so that the customer can change the shipping schedule in advance. (But usually we can keep deliver on time)

3. When the order is almost completed, we will inform the customer in advance and send the production pictures, packaging and stacking pictures to confirm (or the customer arrange third party QC inspection), and pay the balance before shipment. (We will book the shipment with forwarder in advance to ensure no delay the lead time)

4. After the customer confirms all information or complete the inspection, we will help to send out the good or load the container, operate customs declaration documents, and provide the customs clearance documents within one week.

5. When the customer receive the goods, we will keep track and collect the feedback within one week. If any problems of installation, we’ll like to provide videos or pictures to guide the completion. If any problems of quality, we will provide the solutions within one week.
