Wood workshop
Panel cutting, CNC routing, edge banding and sanding for MDF, plywood and solid timber fixtures.
Keeping wood, metal, acrylic and finishing in-house is what holds our lead time at 20-25 days for runs below 500 pieces — and what keeps finish quality repeatable.

1
Panel cutting, CNC routing, edge banding and sanding for MDF, plywood and solid timber fixtures.
2
Spray booths for wood finishes, color matched to Pantone or to a supplied sample chip.
3
Cutting, bending, punching, welding and tube forming for floor stands and gondola systems.
4
In-house powder line so metal finish quality stays consistent across repeat orders.
5
Laser cutting, bending, polishing and bonding for countertop and POS units.
6
Trial assembly, hardware kitting, export packing with foam and corner protection.
Every stage below is done by our own people. Nothing that decides finish quality is outsourced.
CNC tube laser, fiber laser engravers, CNC bending, hot press, panel saw, edge banding and punching — sized for runs from 50 to 5,000 units.
| Incoming material | Board thickness, tube gauge and acrylic clarity verified against the approved sample. |
|---|---|
| In-line | Weld integrity, coating thickness and color consistency checked during the run. |
| Trial assembly | Units are assembled on the floor to confirm hardware fit and shelf alignment. |
| Pre-shipment | Photos of packed goods sent for approval before the container is loaded. |
Displays ship knocked down or fully assembled depending on which is more volume efficient for your shipment. Standard export packing is a five-layer carton with foam, pearl wool, stretch film and corner protectors.
For heavy metal fixtures we use a non-fumigation plywood crate, which clears customs in every market we ship to without additional treatment certificates.
We can arrange a live video tour of the workshops handling your order, or a scheduled visit if you are traveling to Guangdong.
